Submitting a Complaint, Objection, or Appeal
Of course, it is possible that, despite our efforts, you are dissatisfied with our services, decisions or otherwise. We look forward to hearing from you! Complaints, objections or appeals can be submitted by email or physical mail:

A complaint must contain:
- Date of submission
- Type (complaint)
- Subject
- Content of complaint
- Name and contact details of the complainant
- Optional: Affected product, service, or process.
An objection must be received by Attestic within 10 working days of the decision or action against which the objection is lodged. An appeal must be received by Attestic within 10 working days of the communicated objection.
General timelines
Within 3 working days of receipt, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to the person submitting a complaint, objection, or appeal.
Attestic aims to take a decision and inform the submitter:
- within 10 working days of receipt of the complaint.
- within 15 working days of receipt of the objection.
- within 25 working days of receipt of the appeal.
The submitted will be informed when additional time is needed.
