It includes assessment procedures, rules and procedures for granting, maintaining, expanding or limiting the scope, for suspension, withdrawal or refusal of certification. This is further elaborated in internal Attestic procedures. We provide the Attestic \u201cScheme for eIDAS Trust Services Conformity Assessment\u201d upon request to relevant entities. No rights can be derived from this summary.<\/p>\n<h3>Financial information<\/h3>\n<p>Attestic receives no financial support other than the fees paid by clients for performing audit services and audit-related services. These audits may be performed under accreditation, but Attestic may also provide audit services which are not performed under accreditation (such as Assurance audits). For certification audits under accreditation, Attestic will issue conformity certificates upon a positive result. <span id=\"tgtAlignment_13\" class=\"ts-alignment-element\" data-is-focusable=\"true\">For<\/span> <span id=\"tgtAlignment_14\" class=\"ts-alignment-element\" data-is-focusable=\"true\">accreditation<\/span><span id=\"tgtAlignment_15\" class=\"ts-alignment-element\" data-is-focusable=\"true\">,<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rva.nl\/en\/alle-geaccrediteerden\/c710\/\"><span id=\"tgtAlignment_16\" class=\"ts-alignment-element\" data-is-focusable=\"true\">please<\/span> <span id=\"tgtAlignment_17\" class=\"ts-alignment-element\" data-is-focusable=\"true\">refer<\/span> <span id=\"tgtAlignment_18\" class=\"ts-alignment-element\" data-is-focusable=\"true\">to<\/span> <span id=\"tgtAlignment_19\" class=\"ts-alignment-element\" data-is-focusable=\"true\">our<\/span> <span id=\"tgtAlignment_20\" class=\"ts-alignment-element\" data-is-focusable=\"true\">scope<\/span><\/a><span id=\"tgtAlignment_21\" class=\"ts-alignment-element\" data-is-focusable=\"true\">. <\/span>Attestic charges an annual maintenance fee for the certificates.<\/p>\n<h3>Rights and duties<\/h3>\n<p>The rights and duties of clients are listed in the Attestic General Terms and Conditions. Applicants have the right to receive information about Attestic Certifications (this document). Applicants are required to provide Attestic with full and correct disclosure of information related to the application. Applicants have no right to make public statements about the Attestic certification status and procedures and have no right to use the Attestic trade name(s), logos and certification marks.
